Designed for martial artists and regular people who want to be healthier and look good naked.
If you're doing BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga, or some other martial art, you aren't trying to look like a bodybuilder or a fitness model. You also aren't trying to be competitive at fitness like CrossFit or preparing for a sports season like football or rugby.
You already spend time in the gym learning your art. You don't have a lot of extra time to spend lifting. With this system, all you need is 30-35 minutes. I'm retired from fighting now, and I take my time and goof around, and it never takes more than 45 minutes.
You want to look good, feel good and be strong af for your weight. The other lifting styles are more for putting on size, tearing down muscle to build it back bigger than ever. There is nothing wrong with training in this way. I don't see it as manageable for the long term. You can't grow forever, but you can be healthy, mobile, and jacked.
This program will help you become a better fighter or at least make you look like one.
